4 Wheel Concepts

Easy to work with. Quoted me prices my research showed were in line with other 4x4 shops in America. The #1 positive for me is quality of work. They did what they said they were going to do, and did it well. New Factory Ford Fox Shocks on an aging Raptor makes a tired truck drive like new again. Thanks guys.

What a phenomenal off-road shop!! I was in Bentonville catching a concert & happened to stumble across 4 Wheel Concepts !! Jason & his team upfront blew me away @ their customer service & their suspension knowledge !! They answered all my questions regarding suspension along w/ tire / wheel fitment on a new F-250 I’m planning on purchasing soon!! They were steering me ( no pun intended 🤣) to the new S&B / One Up Off-Road kit that just hit the market. They said it corrects all the caster alignment issues & loose steering feel that a lot of other companies fail to address. Their knowledge is absolutely unbelievable. Even though I’m in Texas, we talked about me buying the Superduty in Arkansas, having them outfit it, & then I’ll fly out & pick it up !! Stay tuned as this is going to bribe unbelievable build that I want to trust them with!! Super excited !! Final pics will be uploaded !! PS, their showroom is hands down one of the cleanest I’ve ever seen !! WOW just WOW. If you’re in the area, just drop in & get ready to pick your mouth up off the floor !! A++++ 🙌🏻🙌🏻

Tristan was outstanding when it was time to order parts for the lift installation. He and I both were calling the major offroad fabrication companies to help ensure we had the right suspension parts for the factory rear air. The major companies gave conflicting input so Tristan actually ordered extra parts to make sure the job came out right and without delays. The other huge kudos to these guys is I specifically requested the truck be aligned according to Thuren specs. They received my truck from a 3rd party alignment shop, DOUBLECHECKED the specs and sent my truck back for an alignment correction because it wasn’t within Thuren specs. That is huge to me. They ensured things were performed correctly before I left with the truck. Great work, guys! Thanks again!

Amazing experience with 4WC. I dropped my truck off Friday and picked it up the next day. They installed a 6 inch lift, 35’s, and wheels. Tristan was super helpful with finding everything to help my vision come to life. He also explained things that I didn’t know before which made me feel like he was an honest man. They have a great crew there. Definitely would go back and would recommend to family and friends.
